Jamesia Elaine, affectionately known as JE, is a powerhouse entrepreneur, keynote speaker, executive coach, and rising authority in inspirational leadership, women’s empowerment, and retention strategy. As the host of the Elevate Your Life podcast and founder of Elevated Communications, she equips women in leadership and the organizations that support them to lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

JE began speaking at the age of 15 as a radio personality on WKDX in Hamlet, NC, and quickly became a trusted voice for youth and young adults. Her influence continued to grow as a student at North Carolina A&T State University, where she served as a beloved on-air personality at WNAA.

Through her coaching and consulting company, JE Unlimited LLC, she provides transformational training, high-level leadership development, faith-based mentorship, and executive presence coaching. JE is also a certified Bridges Out of Poverty trainer and has facilitated growth for hundreds of individuals and communities through the Getting Aheadcurriculum and her signature empowerment models.

She has delivered keynotes, workshops, and custom training programs for organizations such as Richmond Regional Workforce, Campbell County, Girl Scouts, CASA, Leadership Roanoke Valley, NABJ, and numerous government agencies, colleges, and faith-based institutions.
